We know that dental care can be expensive so we do our best to offer alternative ways to pay for your dental treatment. For routine dental work when there is no insurance we ask that payment be made at the time of treatment. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover Credit Cards. Personal checks and cash are also accepted towards payment of dental work.
For routine dental work if you have dental insurance we will contact your carrier to determine your level of benefits. Then at each visit you will only be required to pay your co-payments and deductibles. Estimated insurance payments are based upon current information. Insurance companies do not always pay as expected and you are responsible for any amount your carrier does not cover.
For extensive dental work (over $1000) we offer several flexible payment options:
1. We will divide the total fee by the number of visits required and that amount is due and payable at every visit.
2. The patient can pay 1/3 down and then leave our office signed credit card vouchers which will be submitted on the day of your choice on a monthly basis.
3. The patient can apply for financing through a third party which we sponsor in our office. This third party (Care Credit) upon acceptance of your application can finance your dental work either with a small monthly interest rate over 60 months or interest free for a period of six months. Please note if treatment is not paid in full during the six month time frame retroactive finance charges will be applied to your account. When third party financing is utilized the full amount of all the therapy will be submitted at the beginning of treatment and then payments are made directly to Care Credit.
